Broadgate has acquired 35,000 sqm
Broadgate has together with Fastator entered into agreement to establish a new joint venture real estate company. Fastator is an investment company specialized in the real-estate sector, the company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Stockholm.
The joint venture has entered into agreement of acquiring properties in Västerås and Umeå with a combined portfolio value of SEK 357 million. The properties have a total lettable area of approx. 35,000 sqm and total rental income of circa SEK 30 million.
